O Imperial War Museum recebeu apoio do Digital Research and Development Fund for Arts and Culture, uma iniciativa da NESTA, Arts Council England e do Arts and Humanities Research Council cujo objectivo é apoiar instituições artísticas e culturais na utilização das novas tecnologias.
A edição deste ano, à qual concorrem centenas de projectos, seleccionou, para efeitos de atribuição de apoio financeiro, 8 propostas, entre os quais o Imperial War Museum.
